The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground reach destination in 2-5 days. For 3M Industrial Products please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Andersen Mats are made to order, allow 7 days for delivery.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment for most orders within the Continental U.S. Most orders ship out via UPS the same business day (M-F) received.

Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software

Shipping Rates are based on weight and shipped via UPS. There are no handling fees added to any order. Freight charges will be displayed during checkout.

Free Shipping applies to orders made at www.jdindustrialsupply.com and shipped within the U.S. only.

Extra Freight Charges apply for Express (Air) Shipments . All Air shipment orders must be placed by 3 p.m Easter Time.

Larger items and weight are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates.

IF HIGHER SHIPPING RATES APPLY YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BEFORE ORDER IS SHIPPED FOR APPROVAL.

Can I have an order shipped UPS to my P.O. Box? No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.

What if my address is incorrect?
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient at your expense. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.

RETURN POLICY: Items may be returned within 30 days. Please contact us for a return authorization number. TPI Fans and Anderson Mats will have a 25% restocking fee if returned.
