Schaeffer 1237CTPS Carbon Treat Premium Summer diesel fuel additive is formulated to prevent and control the formation of asphaltenes and other unstable compounds caused by extreme pressures and temperatures encountered in high pressure common rail fuel injection systems. Such compounds can lead to the unwanted formation of deposits that clog fuel filters and fuel injectors. Carbon Treat Summer Premium, however, provides 3 x the detergency needed for clean-up and keep-clean performance, improving fuel efficiency, while restoring, improving and maintaining horsepower. Schaeffer's Fuel Treatment is multifunctional and ultra-low sulfur compliant offering rust and corrosion protection for the entire fuel system and inhibition of oxidation during storage for extended storage stability.
THIS DIESEL FUEL ADDITIVE COMPLIES WITH THE FEDERAL LOW SULFUR CONTENT REQUIREMENTS FOR USE IN DIESEL MOTOR VEHICLES AND NON-ROAD ENGINES. THIS DIESEL FUEL ADDITIVE IS COMPATIBLE AND APPROVED FOR USE WITH DIESEL FUELS THAT MEET ASTM D975 AND BIODIESEL THAT MEETS ASTM D6751 AND BIODIESEL THAT MEETS EN 14214.
