Refund policy

New and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay the return shipping costs. All other returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for a return authorization number.

* TPI Fans and Anderson Mats will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned.
