Schaeffer Supreme 9000 Full Synthetic Engine Oil OW-20 is recommended for gasoline fueled automobile and light duty truck engines, including turbocharged and supercharged engines. This multi-grade gasoline oil provides extra protection during stop-and-go driving conditions and helps keep engines exceptionally clean and free from oil residue and sludge, allowing the oil to flow freely and lubricate properly. Rapid circulation and pumpability in cold temperatures helps to minimize wear during start-up while the zinc anti-wear additive system provides maximum, long-lasting anti-wear performance and robustness needed to protect the engine. In addition, Schaeffer's two proven frictional modifiers, once plated, form a long-lasting lubricant film which prevents the metal surfaces from coming into contact with each other. This prevention of metal-to-metal contact and reduction in wear results in increased fuel economy, reduced maintenance costs, increased engine efficiency and a low coefficient of friction.
