Vibra-Tite 131 is a high-strength, anaerobic, threadlocking compound. Designed for permanent locking of threaded fasteners, up to 1", Vibra-Tite 131 is compatible with aluminum, steel, plated, stainless steel and special alloy parts. Ideal for use in applications where shock or vibration may cause the fastener to loosen. This anaerobic threadlocker demonstrates excellent temperature, environmental and solvent resistance.

Recommended for use on permanent applications only. Red threadlock strength is measured by the amount of torque required to break the bond. Most lockers that fall in this category will require anywhere from 200-400 PSI of torque, and/or heat, to break the initial bond. This product should not be used on most plastics, as stress cracking can occur.
