J-B Weld PlasticWeld™ is a two-part, hand-mixable epoxy putty formulated specifically for plastic repair. Once mixed, it forms a polymer compound that can be shaped, molded, or built up to restore damaged plastic parts. When fully cured, PlasticWeld™ delivers a 700 PSI tensile strength and an off-white finish.  . It sets in 20–25 minutes and reaches a functional cure in 2–3 hours—making it a reliable solution for quick, lasting plastic repairs

PlasticWeld™ is designed to bond, fill, and rebuild most major plastic types. It is well suited for repairs where the material needs to be shaped before curing, or where a structural rebuild is required.

Once cured, J-B Weld PlasticWeld™ can be:

• Sawed – cut to shape with standard tools
• Drilled – holes can be added post-cure
• Carved – shaped for precision fitment
• Sanded – smoothed to match surrounding surfaces
• Painted – finished to blend with the original material
